SPIRIT PLUS – Acute Care Low Bed
Our newest introduction, Spirit Plus, is changing the way hospitals
address fall prevention. Spirit Plus offers an ultra low resting height
of 8 ¾" which protects patients against falls and fall injuries, while
allowing shorter patients to enter or exit the bed comfortably and
safely. Features include molded head and footboards, molded quad
rails, rail embedded patient controls, and an optional bed exit alarm
system. Spirit Plus ideal for Rehab, Chronic Care, Med-Surg,
Neurological Units, Psychiatry, or anywhere falls can occur.

Spirit continues its tradition of being the first low bed designed to
address the safety needs of both patients and staff in acute care
environments. Spirit’s low resting height of 8 ¾" helps to reduce
the number and severity of falls for fall-prone patients, while its
wide range of height adjustments (up to 34" high) allow staff to
provide care and move the bed at the optimal level. Features
include Trendelenburg, Cardiac Chair, Instant CPR, System Lock-
Down, Battery back-up, Patient Hand Pendant, and a host of rail
configurations. Spirit is ideal in LTAC facilities, VA hospitals, or
hospitals with a long-term care wing.

sub-acute beds - the Arro. The Arro provides the greatest travel
range in the industry, moving from a low height of 6 ¾" to over
33", all in a perfectly vertical motion. Four rubber feet ensure that
the bed remains stable until the Mobility Sensor button is
activated. The Arro's revolutionary Assist Rail offers your patients
security, assistance and flexibility; and best of all, it exceeds all
proposed FDA bed rail guidelines.
